Payments can be made by setting up automatic direct debit with Southshore's property management company, AMI. To setup direct debit, clear here.
To view your statement online, access AMI's website. Click here. Once logged in, residents can review their account statement by selecting Accounting Statement under My Account in the main menu.

New Construction Homes
If buying from a home builder, at closing you will pay a one time working capital fee equal to two months of monthly assessments. These funds do not go towards your monthly assessments.
You will need to setup direct debit as soon as possible. You will owe for the prorated month you closed and for the next month.
