The History
Village Homes started the development of the Southshore community in Aurora in 2005. The community is centered on the “life on the water” theme that provides beautiful views of both water and the mountains. The entire community is anchored and inspired by its greatest resource; water. Streams and waterways wind through the development and connect the five water-inspired neighborhoods.
