Southshore is master planned community that will include approximately 1,960 homes. In addition, Southshore include Altitude Elementary School, two community centers, miles of trails and over 100 acres of public open space. Together, these uses provide for a balanced community where people play, live, and work on the south shore of Aurora Reservoir.
In order for Southshore to function as an integrated community both now and in the future, several governmental and quasi-governmental entities have been established to ensure the development and continuing operation of the community.
